Refund & Shipping Policy

All L&M Craft Shop items are custom-made. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Please follow the care instructions included in your shipping package.

Processing time is 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping time varies based on your location and any delays caused by the shipping carrier. Please keep this in mind when ordering and allow time for your item(s) to arrive.

Once your order has shipped, any issues must be reported directly to the shipping carrier. L&M Craft Shop is not responsible for packages after they leave our shop. However, we ensure that every item is carefully packaged and securely sealed before shipping.
